Bantwal, April 4: A woman and her young daughter have been reported missing from Sanoor Kariangala on April 3, Wednesday.
It is reported that Mohini (35), wife of Babu Poojari, who had left home for the beedi branch along with her daughter Manisha (9) has not returned home. According to sources, the suspicion is that the woman might have eloped with a man from Tirthahalli in Shimoga whom she knew.
It is said she was wearing a green coloured churidar when last seen and can speak Kannada and Tulu.
Bantwal rural police have request the public to call 08255235000 if they have any details regarding the missing mother and daughter.
