Mangaluru: For every one dog that you adopt from a rescue shelter, one more dog takes its place. So, in a way, you actually save two lives!-this being one of the underlying causes and also with an aim to provide loving homes to the pups and kittens, Animal Care Trust, Shaktinagar has been organising free adoption camps.
On Sunday, March 8, a free adoption camp of desi dogs and kittens will be organised at Karavali Pet Gallery, Kulshekar from 10 am to 5 pm. Those who wish to adopt the animals are required to carry their valid Photo ID proof for registration to the camp.
Over 20 pups and 10 kittens will be put up for adoption. The adopting families will also have access to advice about pet care at home.
