Mandya: In a tragic road mishap between a KSRTC bus and a car, three persons were killed on spot here on February 25 near Chennapillekoppalu in Malavalli taluk.
The deceased are Dileep, Kumar and Gangadhar.
The mishap occured when the trio were returning after shooting a marriage function. A KSRTC heading towards Mysuru from Malavalli bus collided head on with their car coming from opposite direction. Consequently, the trio died on the spot.
Overspeeding by the bus as well as car driver is said to be reason for the mishap. It is learnt that they were studio owners in Malavalli.
The mortal remains have been kept at the mortuary in Malavalli government hospital.
