Mandya: Kalavathi, wife of martyred soldier Guru, who hailed from Mandya has thanked the Indian Army for killing Pulwama attack mastermind Ghazi Rasheed.
In a rather moving statement, Kalavathi has said that India must write the history of terrorism and make sure that terrorists and terrorism become things of the past. “India must ensure that everyone says there were terrorists on the Indian soil once,” she said adding that the attack on terrorists must be a continued operation, it should not be confined to a few days.
“Let our soldiers be safe and let no soldier’s family goes through the pain that I suffered,” she said.
It may be recalled that a terrorist named Adil Hasan Dhar had rammed the vehicles of CRPF troopers with a car laden with IED on February 14. The attack, considered as the most gruesome of the attacks seen in the last few decades claimed 45 lives. Within three days of the attack, the mastermind behind the cowardly act-Ghazi Rasheed has been gunned down by the Indian security forces.
