Madikeri: A special lecture on the ill-effects of using mobile phones was organized by the National Service Scheme of Field Marshal KM Kariappa College in association with Rotary Club, in the premises of the college.
Speaking on the occassion, ENT Specialist, Dr Achaiah shared information regarding the proper use of mobile phones, and the damage it causes to the brain and ears of children.
He also gave instructions regarding proper treatment and precautionary measures of using mobile phones.
FMKMC Principal, Dr. T D Thimaiah, Rotary Club President, Rtd. Major O S Chengappa, Rotary Club member, N D Achaiah, Secretary, Mrinalani Chinnappa, Jyothi Chengappa, and National Service Scheme Officials, Geethanjali, Sachin and National Service Scheme volunteers participated in the event.
