Murdeshwar: In a joint search operation, the police and the Indian Coast Guard managed to retrieve the bodies of two youth out of three who drowned in the sea two days ago in Murdeshwar.
Bodies of Manjegowda (19) resident of KR pet and Puneet (16) from Mandya district were retrieved from the sea. The bodies were traced from a location right behind RNS hotels.
Efforts are on to trace the body of 20-year-old Kumar who is the third one missing.
The three youth drowned in the sea when they went for a swim on October 13.The tragic incident occurred when a group of nine tourists from Mandya were on a visit to Murdeshwar.
