Karwar: A student who went swimming, drowned to death on Tuesday, September 11 at Ammardalli of Karwar District.
The deceased is identified as Sagar Harikantra (17) of Mudaga village. The incident took place when three friends went swimming in a nearby lake.
The body was lifted up with the help of the villagers.
The Karwar rural police arrived at the spot. A case is registered with the Karwar Rural Police Station.
