Karwar: A patient suffering from fever died following shortage of doctors at Bankikodla primary health centre, Gokarna.
Gangadhar Ramchandra Achari, 40 had come to the hospital complaining of high fever. But since the duty doctor was not available, he died. Though the nurses at the hospital tried their level best he could not be saved.
The locals were raged because there are no doctors available here most of the times.
