Karwar: Many doubts have surfaced over the death of a man in the court premises at Kumta.
Narayan Naik’s body was found hanging in the court premises with his hands tied at the back. It is not clear as of now, whether the death is due to suicide or an attempt by someone to mislead after committing the crime, said police sources.
A two-wheeler standing beside the hanging body has made the investigation more complex.
The deceased Narayana Naik was employed as a peon in Kumta court.
A case has been registered in Kumta police station.
