Karwar: Two days after his daughter went missing, her father approached the police to lodge a kidnapping complaint against two youth on, February 21.
In his complaint, Ganapathi Subraya Hegde, father of Manasa has claimed that his daughter has been missing since February 19 and also claimed that a gold chain worth Rs 1.5lakh and Rs 50,000 cash had been stolen from his house.
He has pinned the blame on Girish Naika and M R Naika.
Further, he has also said that he happened to meet Girish by chance at Yellapur bus stop and requested him to get Manasa back, but Girish, on the other hand abused him. He also announced that he would marry Manasa and gobble their property.
