Honnavar: After Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa’s Cabinet expansion, comes the tension of allotting district-in charge portfolios. Now, Deputy Chief Minister Dr Ashwath Narayan has given a clarification on this.
Addressing the media on Wednesday, February 12, he said, “Ministers will become district in-charge minister of their respective constituencies.”
Speaking on the confusion and distress of some of the BJP leaders and ministers over the BSY Cabinet expansion and ministry portfolio allotment, the DCM said, “There is a little confusion over the Cabinet expansion and ministry allotment. We all will sit together and sort it out. Our aim is to give good governance without any hurdles, for the next three years.
