A case was registered against Mahantesh Nyamathi on October 26, 2023, at the Belagavi Lokayukta Police Station for possessing assets far exceeding his income. Following a search warrant, the police raided his residence, seizing various items and property documents.
Investigation Findings
The Lokayukta police investigation revealed that Mahantesh owns property valued at ₹1.57 crore, with ₹1.17 crore deemed unaccounted for and illegal. The report indicated that he possesses 149.56% more property than he could legally justify.
Suspension Order
