Chikkamagaluru: Claiming that nothing is impossible in politics, Minister for Tourism CT Ravi has said that it is not surprising if former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah joins the BJP.
Speaking to reporters in the city, Ravi said that the cold war between Siddaramaiah and KPCC Chief DK Shivakumar has reached its peak.
“Just like Devegowda, BS Yediyurappa, even Siddaramaiah is a ‘Jana Nayaka’ (Mass leader). The BJP is the party that he should be in,” said Ravi.
Siddaramaiah has been a critic of the BJP and its policies and speaking on these lines, Ravi said that he is obligated to criticise the BJP.
“Siddaramaiah has to criticise the BJP because if he doesn’t do so his political career will be in trouble. He may praise the BJP only if he is in the BJP fold,” said Ravi leaving eyebrows raised.
