Mumbai: The lockdown has disrupted the daily lives of the common man. The essentials of daily living are sometimes not available, and if available some cannot afford as they are not earning their daily wages.
Helping them is God’s command. And there are many doing that thankfully. Tuluva Kannadigas from the Mira Road-Bhayander area of Mumbai distributed grocery kits containing 18 essential items to nearly 150 needy families in the Chennagaon, Kesaripada, Shambarpada, Patilpada localities of Mira Road-Bhayander. This they did on behalf of the Kashimira Entertainment and Hospitality Association.
The Association President Mr. Santosh Puthran, Secretary Mr. Uday Shetty, Mr. Arvind Shetty, Mr. Naveen Shetty, Mr. Saiprasad Poonja and many other members of the association actively involved themselves in this activity.
