New Delhi: A bench headed by the Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi and Justice S K Kaul has rejected the petition filed by the Akhila Bharatiya Hindu Mahasabha on the Ayodhya Ram Mandir.
The Supreme Court pronounced its judgment that the case cannot be taken on a fast-track mode and that the decision cannot be pronounced immediately.
As the Apex Court has already given its judgment on the Ayodhya issue currently, the court has said that the further proceedings on the same would continue from January 2019.
