As per sources, the 16-year-old boy, a Class 12 student from Mundra, Gujarat was detained on Sunday for issuing threats to Ziva on the Instagram account of Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Dhoni.

The teenager has confessed to having made the threatening message on Instagram.

“The class 12 student from Namna Kapaya village was detained for questioning in connection with a disgusting threat message that was posted on the Instagram account of Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Dhoni a few days back,” Kutch (West) superintendent of police Saurabh Singh told reporters, as per PTI.

It is said that after registering a case in the matter, Ranchi police had shared information regarding the teenager’s account with the Gujarat police and asked them to find out if he was the one who made those comments.

After the 16-year-old’s confessions, he will be taken into custody by the Ranchi police.

The Ranchi police are expected to reach Kutch on Monday and take the 16-year-old into custody for further questioning in the matter.
