Kerala: A Kerala MP’s wife is caught in the eye of the storm for her distasteful way of comparing fate with rape.
Anna Linda Eden, wife of Congress MP from Kerala Hibi Eden, in her Facebook post (taken down now) wrote, “Fate is like rape if you can’t resist it then try to enjoy it” along with two videos of her waterlogging in front of their house in Kochi and that of her husband Hibi Eden having an ice-cream.
The post, which was meant to poke fun of the flood-situation went awry as many criticised her for the same. Seeing the reactions, the post, which was put up on Monday was taken down on Tuesday morning.
However, Anna Linda Eden issued an apology in another Facebook post.
