Kochi: While Kerala still reels under the heavy rains and the massive damage to life and property, heartwarming stories and images from across the devastated state continue to circulate on social media, bringing a glimpse of hope and warmth to those of us who are monitoring the terrible situation.
One such heartwarming scene that has been going viral on Twitter, is an image of Kerala’s Finance Minister Thomas Isaac, holding an infant in his arms during a rescue operation.

In the image, a life jacket clad minister Thomas Isaac can be seen cradling the child in his arms and giving it a comforting smile while people clamour towards the rescue team.
