Dedicated COVID hospital in Delhi catches fire, seven patients rescued

New Delhi: A fire broke out at a dedicated COVID-19 hospital in New Delhi on Saturday, May 23.

According to ANI, the fire broke out at the Cygnus Orthocare Hospital in the Hauz Khas area.

The fire, according to Atul Garg, Director, Fire Services Department, errupted on the third floor of the hospital. As many as eight fire fighters rushed to the spot and the fire is now under control, he added.

As for the patients in the hospital, seven have been rescued, Garg added.
