Udupi: In a tragic incident, the brother of one of the missing fishermen from the ill-fated Suvarna Tribhuja fishing boat ended life at Bhatkal. He died at a private hospital, here on Thursday, May 16.
The deceased has been identified as Chandrashekar Mogera (30), brother of Ramesh Mogera.
The deceased Chandrashekar Mogera consumed poison in an attempt to kill himself on May 13. It is said that he was dejected after the Suvarna Tribhuja tragedy. He was battling for life at a private hospital for the past three days and died on Thursday. He was working in Bhatkal and was unmarried.
The body has been sent to the mortuary of Udupi District Hospital.
