Udupi: Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ranil Wickremeshinghe will be in the district on Friday, July 26 to visit Sri Mookambika Temple at Kollur near here.
As per the sources, Wickremeshinghe will visit Sri Mookambika temple at Kollur to offer special pujas to Goddess Mookambika and to participate in various Vedic offerings at the temple. The district administration, in a press release, said that due to the visit of Sri Lankan prime minister, no other devotees would be allowed into the temple on Friday, from 10 am to 1.30 pm. DC Hephsiba Rani Korlapati has urged the devotees to co-operate with the security personnel and the police.
