Udupi: The District Krashika Sangha will organize the 24th Farmers’ Conference 2020 at Sharadha Kalyana Matap, Kunjibettu on February 23.
Addressing a press conference at Udupi Press Club on Monday, February 17, District Krashika Sangha President Ramakrishna Sharma Bantakal said that the conference will be a demonstration and sale of farm machinery and equipment for modern agriculture. A variety of seeds will also be on sale.
The conference will be inaugurated by Muzarai and Fisheries Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary at 10 am. Gopalakrishna Samaga and Rotary District President Munjunatha, Muniraj Renjal, and other guests will present during the occasion.
A felicitation programme will also be held on the occasion. Chandrashekar Rao, Arroor, Prasad Shetty Nittur, Venugopal M Padukalathur, Shankar Kotian Parempalli, Raghupathy Naik Kelarkalbettu, Smt Dorina Dias Bantakal are to be honored during the occasion, he said.
Srinivas Bhat Kudi General Secretary, Srinivas Ballal Mallampalli Vice President, Ravindra Poojary Gujjarbettu and Dinesh Shetty Herga were present at the press meet.
