Udupi: Ambitious DCs towards villages initiative launched with the idea of taking the administrations to villages will be started from Udupi on the pilot basis.
The first such DC stay event in the village will be held on January 30 in Nenchur and Nalkur villages of the Udupi district.
DC G Jagadish will visit these villages between 10 am and 5 pm on January 30. As part of the plan, the government wants DCs to stay in villages every Third Saturday of a month to resolve all the pending problems in the villages.
