Shivamogga: In a heartwarming gesture, a couple performed the re-marriage of their daughter in-law following the death of their only son.
This remarriage was held on Saturday at Marutipura village in Hosanagar taluk.
Kadekal Narasimha and his wife Lolakshi, residents of Hosakesare area performed the remarriage of their daughter in-law Veena (22) with Ganesh (27), a resident of Billodi village of the same taluk.
According to the family members, Prashanth, 26, only son off Narasimha-Lolakshi couple died two-years-ago. Prashanth-Veena couple has a boy child.
“Now the Narasimha-Lolakshi couple accepted Ganesh as their own son. To ensure that their daughter in-law and grand son do not face any problems in the future, they decided to perform remarriage,” explained family sources.
