Sudeep fans were very happy when it was announced that he would don the director’s hat again. However, gossip mongers spread rumours that the film was a remake of a popular Telugu film starring Mahesh Babu. The Sandalwood superstar’s fans were disappointed with this.
But, Sudeep has dismissed the news. “Just a clarification on the news tats doing rounds. It’s an original script and something my team n I am excited about. Hoping to hit the floor soon. (sic),” Sudeep tweeted.
Sudeep has directed 6 films until now and 5 of them have been remakes. Only “Just Math Mathali” was an original film. Meanwhile, Sudeep is currently shooting for ShivaKarthik’s directorial “Kotigobba 3”.
He will also be seen in “Dabangg 3” which is set to release in Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu.
