New Year’s Eve is celebrated in a lot of different ways. While some celebrate it with family and friends, others choose to attend parties held in clubs and pubs during the occasion. But here’s a Sandalwood actor who chose to celebrate New Year’s Eve in a unique manner.
Actor and film producer Raghavendra Rajkumar welcomed ‘New Year 2020’ by celebrating it with workers and labourers. Raghavendra reportedly took out the sweepers, dish-cleaners, car drivers, and assistants employed under him for a dinner in a hotel. The actor has previously stated that he regards anyone who works for him as a part of his family.
Apart from celebrating with them, Raghavendra also created awareness of a plastic-free society amongst his employees by giving them cloth bags.
The actor further said that his New Year resolution has always been to spend more time with his family and love his wife and children even more.
It can be recalled that “Natasaarvabhowma” and late Dada Saheb Phalke awardee Dr Rajkumar also used to celebrate such special occasions with workers and labourers.
