It looks like Chethan Kumar is on a bad streak as his directorial “Bharaate” has opened to mixed reviews. Fans of Sriimurali were disappointed with the film and this seems to be having a serious effect on Chethan’s career.
Chethan had written the story, screenplay, and dialogues for a film titled “Bumper” which was to be directed by Hari Santhosh. It was supposed to be actor Dhanveerah’s (of “Bazaar” fame) second outing to be produced by Suprith, who also produced “Bharaate”. But looks like the result of “Bharaate” has changed the mind of the producer.
The film was supposed to go on floors in December and it has now been postponed. Hari Santhosh is said to be writing a new script along with his team.
Currently, Hari Santhosh is working on the Telegu remake of his last Kannada film “College Kumar”. He has also completed the shoot for “Bicchugathii Chapter-1”.
