Rakshit Shetty’s magic is having a field day in theatres. His dream project “Avane Srimannarayana” has reportedly grossed 50 crores in box-office collections. According to a popular Hindi film news website, the film has made 50 crores in just the first week since its release.
With this result, we can say that the film will surely enter the 100-crore club soon and will be the second Kannada film to do so after “KGF”. Owing to positive word-of-mouth and buzz, the film is still running to packed houses.
Directed by Sachin Ravi, “Avane Srimannarayana” also features Shanvi Srivastava, Achyuth Kumar and Balaji Manohar in key roles. The story revolves around a corrupt police officer who takes on a bandit chief in order to recover missing treasure in the 1980s.
