The headquarters of Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), Emirates Palace, Burj Khalifa, Abu Dhabi Global Market, Marina Mall, the Capital Tower and Shaikh Zayed Bridge bathed in colours of the Lion Flag, or the Sinha Flag.
This action reaffirms the UAE’s principled and categorical rejection of all forms of terror and extremism in all their forms and manifestations.
The Easter Sunday bombings on churches and luxury hotels killed at least 253 people and wounded about 500.
The Islamic state has claimed the responsibility of the attack but Colombo has blamed a local Muslim group, The National Thowheed Jamat (NTJ).
