Abu Dhabi: “Man of Cave BarberShop” opened its doors to the public on January 15 in Abu Dhabi. The shop was inaugurated by Sarvotham Shetty, president of the Abu Dhabi Karnataka Sangha, and other invitees.
The shop is owned by Shivraj Nanjunda, who at a very early age developed a passion for hair care and its treatment. Growing up in a middle-class family, Shivraj completed his Bachelor’s degree. He always wanted to do something exciting; something that he would feel passionate about. So, he decided to choose a profession outside his qualification and went ahead and became a hairstylist. He was inspired by a friend’s work and passion from whom he gained many skills.
Shivraj studied further and obtained a cosmetology qualification from Loreal Academy and the United Kingdom Academy. He then worked at the Loreal Academy for five years as an educator-cum-stylist, after which he got an opportunity to work for Etihad Airways as a senior barber and served for five years in Etihad First Class Lounge & Spa.
About Man of Cave Barber Shop
After working for five years with Etihad First Class Lounge & Spa, Shivraj moved to NMC Hospital as an executive stylist and worked there for about a year. Soon after this, he decided to open his own business and started “Man of Cave” BarberShop on January 15 this year.
The motto of the shop is to deliver quality service with standard products like L’Oreal, American Crew, Dapper Dan, Morgan, Schwarzkopf to the most valuable customers because they deserve better quality service.
