Mysuru: “We will definitely win the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections and the victory will be a gift to Prime Minister Narendra Modi”, said MLA A Ramdas, here on Wednesday, December 12.
After attending the oath-taking ceremony of B M Manjunath who was sworn in as the Opposition Party leader of the Mysuru City Corporation in the MCC campus, Ramdas addressed the media and said, “I had not expected such a mandate. In Chhattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh, the Bharatiya Janata Party had functioned par excellence. The former chief minister of Chhattisgarh Raman Singh had taken bold decisions, even though he was administrating in the Naxal-prone areas.”
“Very sad to observe such a political scenario, where Raman Singh, in spite of his best administration for 15 years, lost the people’s mandate”, he lamented.
Ramdas said, “There is a difference between the Vidhan Sabha and Lok Sabha elections. Mysuru completely supports the BJP and we will win the Lok Sabha elections this time.”
