Vijaynagar police files case against son of former minister HC Vishwanath

Mysuru: Former minister HC Vishwanath’s son has accused of creating fake documents and threatening original heirs of an empty plot in Hinkal.

A case has been registered against Vishwanath’s son Amit Devarahatti. The Vijayanagara police station has registered a case on a complaint lodged by Yogesh.

In a complaint filed by Yogesh, the son of former minister H Vishwanath had entered the premises of Hinakal’s Survey No. 7 / B and had proceeded to construct the compound illegally. Upon learning this, the original owner of the plot, Yogesh, arrived at the site and told them that it belongs to him and he was threatened by Amit Devarahatti.

The Vijayanagara police have registered a case against Amit Devarahatti in connection with the IPC section 504 and 506, following a complaint lodged by the original owner, Yogesh, for allegedly creating a forged document and trespassing, murder threatening, and lockdown violations.
