Mysuru: Hunsur Janata Dal (S) Youth Wing President Lokesh S has being suspended from the party here on Monday, July 22, for raising his voice against the State Tourism Minister Sa Ra Mahesh in support of rebel JDS MLA A H Vishwananth.

Lokesh is suspended for six years from the party for “anti-party stand.”

Earlier, Lokesh had challenged Sa Ra Mahesh over phone that he was ready to meet him anywhere and had verbally abused Sa Ra Mahesh. The telephonic conversation of the same was telecast on all the electronic media channels as well as it had gone viral on all social media platforms.

It may be recalled that a cold war between A H Vishwanath and Sa Ra Mahesh is on from a couple of days and Vishwanath had called Mahesh, a “broker.” In retaliation, Mahesh had accused Vishwanath of creating a strategy to defeat former chief minister and CLP leader Siddaramaiah in the 2018 assembly election from the Chamundeshwari Assembly Constituency.
