Mysuru: Accusing JD(S) leader and former chief minister H D Kumaraswamy for the downfall of the Congress-JD(S) coalition government in the state, Congress leader and former CM Siddaramaiah claimed that the latter always treated him like and “enemy”.
“He never treated me as a friend but considered me as an enemy. That is what led to all the problems,” ANI quoted the Congress leader as saying.
It can be recalled that previously, Siddaramaiah had held JD(S) supremo and father of HDK, H D Devegowda responsible for the fall of the coalition government. The blame-game has been ongoing, without an end in sight, ever since the 14-month-old coalition government fell recently.
Siddaramaiah’s recent remarks come as a response to HDD’s accusation that he wanted senior BJP leader B S Yediyurappa to become the Chief Minister of the state instead of HDK.
