CM’s son Vijayendra violates lockdown rule: Visits Srikanteshwara temple

Mysuru: Despite the government’s announcement of a lockdown in the state in the backdrop of the coronavirus, B. Y. Vijayendra, son of Chief Minister B. S. Yediyurappa, visited the Srikanteshwara Swamy Temple in Nanjangud.

He not only visited the temple, but also offered special puja and performed a ritual called Bageena on the banks of Kapila River. People have expressed displeasure over the incident.
