Woman complains missing husband forced to marry young woman

Mangaluru: A woman has filed a case at the Mangaluru South police station that her husband has been kidnapped and has been forced to get married to a young woman.

The man has been identified as BS Gangadhar (62) from Bolar. A photo of him with a young woman has also been submitted to the police.

The wife in the complaint has said that Gangadhar is a wholesaler and builder, who often goes on business tours and this time he has not come back home since the last week of January. It was February 8 where she last spoke to her husband. It was through her friends who have proofs that she got to know that he was forced into marriage on March 15 by a young woman, she further complained.

She has asked the police to find her husband and punish the culprits behind the act.
