Mangaluru: A CCTV video footage of a bike rider being tossed into the air, while trying to avoid colliding against a scooter, has gone viral on social media.
The footage shows that as the scooter rider crossed the road, the biker coming from the opposite in a bid to avoid his hitting bike into the scooter, rammed into the steps of a shop at Padavinangady.
This incident took place on Friday May 7. The injured biker, Prashanth Sanath, a resident of Sharbhatkatte, was admitted to a private hospital and is said to be critical. Another biker who was behind him, sustained a minor injury.
