Mangaluru: The Dakshina Kannada district administration has clarified that there is no restriction on the supply of milk and domestic gas in the district, even though there is a complete lockdown.
District in-charge Minister Kota Srinivas Poojary, in a press release, informed that both milk and domestic gas come under essential services and there will not be any prohibition in the supply or purchase of milk and gas during the lockdown.
Meanwhile, the Minister also informed that while collecting milk from the farmers, distributors of milk should ensure that farmers maintain sufficient distance while supplying milk to the dairy.
