Mangaluru: Karnataka Pradesh Youth Congress president Raksha Ramaiah told that he will follow the high command’s orders in handing over his post to Mohammed Nalapad.

Addressing media persons here on Tuesday July 13, he said, “My term will end in January 2022. As per the decision of the high command, I took charge of the post which I will hand over following orders. I have been friends with Nalapad for the past 12 years. If there is any misunderstanding between us, we will work it out internally.”

Responding to Nalapad’s statement of D K Shivakumar becoming the next chief minister of Karnataka, Ramaiah said, “He must have said it by mistake. There is no groupism in Youth Congress and our only aim is to make Congress come back to power,” he added.

District Congress president Harish Kumar, Youth Congress leaders Anil Yadav, Bhavya, Deepika Reddy, and others were present.
