Mangaluru: The management of Infant Jesus Joyland School in the city have decided to shut down the school, permanently.

As the decision has put the future of 300 plus students of this school at stake, National Students’ Union Of India (NSUI) members under the leadership of President Sawad Sullia organised a protest at the school premises. The protest was held by the organisation after understanding the helpless situation of the parents of the school children. The protestors requested the management not to shut the school down keeping the future of students in mind.

Further, the NSUI members stressed the management to reconsider their decision.
