Mangaluru: Yenapoya Medical College is one of the 244 member hospitals of Mangalore National Cancer Grid. Through this, the hospital has been provided 5-litre-capacity 46 oxygen concentrators, 46 voltage adapters and 11,500 N – 95 masks. 

Dr. A Wadhwa, Director, Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai and Tata Memorial Hospital Director and National Cancer Grid, Mumbai Dr. C. S. Ramesh through organising various webinars have taken many initiatives during the first wave of the Covid – 19 epidemic. Thus, they have worked towards raising awareness about infectious disease and its management.

In the second wave that our country is currently facing, in order to step up the efforts to provide help to Covid centres in the entire nation, there has been initiative to collect donations from the multinational companies too.
