Based on this, she had written a letter to the assistant director of the state education department.

In the letter, she has mentioned that she was admitted for first year with scarf and at that point in time, the college administration had not imposed restriction, but now they were imposing one.

She has forwarded the same to the Mangaluru City Police Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner.

According to the letter, Fatima has demanded for stringent action against the college administration for creating an issue out of nothing.

Meanwhile, the college had also warned of issuing a Transfer Certificate (TC) to Fatima, if she wore scarf and entered the college.

Campus Front of India has stood by her to fight against the college administration.

Fatima is basically from Uchila of Udupi district and had cleared the first year with high marks.
