Mangaluru: Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) has set a deadline of November 15 for those who run homestay and Paying Guest (PG) accommodations to renew their licenses.
MCC Commissioner Shanady Ajith Kumar Hegde, in a press release, informed that those who run homestay and PG accommodations should secure a license from the MCC and that it should be renewed once a year. Though the licenses of these homestay and PG accommodations should be renewed before the month of March, it is found that some owners are yet to renew their licenses. Hence, those who have not renewed their licenses should do so on or before November 15.
If not, the MCC will shut their homestay and PG accommodation without issuing any notice, the press release said.
