Mangaluru: The Gowda Saraswat brahmin community, an educated community, has set an example in many spheres of the nation with integrity and honesty, said, C P Yogeshwar State Minister for Minor irrigation.
He was speaking at the launch of the fifth year “Puzzolana GPL Utsav 2021 program presented by the Kodiyal Sports Association on Friday, February 26 at Sahyadri Engineering College Cricket ground., which is much awaited grand conclave of the Gowda Saraswat Brahmin community.
I am happy to note the special contribution of the GSB community to society in the fields of Economy, Arts and culture, Banking, Education. There is ample opportunity for the growth of tourism in Mangalore and we have plans to develop with the cooperation of the state and central government, Minister said.
The minister inaugurated the colourful evening function by lighting the lamps and then with a symbolic batting.
