CREDAI Mangaluru starts Covid help center

Mangaluru: The Covid Help Center has been started by CREDAI Mangaluru.

The help center was inaugurated by MP and BJP state president Nalin Kumar Kateel on Friday, May 7.

Speaking on this occasion Kateel said, “CREDAI Mangaluru help center will help the needy in times of distress.”

Explaining the initiatives of CREDAI Pushparaja Jain said that CREDAI Mangaluru has been constantly involved in social service activities. Now it has started the Covid Helpline with the cooperation of all its members.

He further stated that there is a plan to provide an oxygen concentrator soon.

“The Help Center will provide an ambulance, PPE kit, to the Covid patients. It will also provide funds for conducting the funeral of the deceased due to Covid 19,” he added.

Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mangaluru North MLA Dr. Bharath Shetty, MCC Mayor Premananda Shetty, MUDA President Ravishankar Mizar, Fisheries Corporation President Nitin Kumar, Former Corporator Vijaya Kumar Shetty, District BJP President Sudarshan Kaidai, President Pushparajay Jain, Secretary Prashanth Sanil, Treasurer Gurumurthy, Ganesh MP, Sampath Shetty and others were present.
