Mangaluru: CREDAI Mangaluru has handover the cheque of rupees 41.86 lakhs to set up an oxygen unit at Lady Goschen hospital here on Thursday, May 13.
CREDAI, Mangaluru President Pushparaj Jain said that the total cost of setting up an oxygen unit estimated at about 84 lakhs will be borne by CREDAI.
“50 percent of the amount was handover to the DC Rajendra KV today. The Balance amount will be handover within a month,” he said.
BJP president, MP Nalin Kumar Kateel, District in-charge minister Kota Srinivasa Poojary, Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mangaluru North MLA Y Bharath Shetty, Mayor Premananda Shetty, MUDA President Ravishankar Mizar and BJP District President Sudarshan were present.
