Mangaluru: Shashi Kumar, Commissioner of Police, Mangaluru, has clarified vehicles are permitted for purchase of essential commodities between 6 AM and 9 AM
Employees of industrial establishments may use personal vehicles, and return trips are to be completed by 10 AM.
Clarification about 3issues.
1.vehicles will be permitted during purchase of essential commodities between 6to 9am & uptill 10am to return back.

CP Mangaluru has further clarified that deployment of vehicles for the purchase of food parcels is NOT permitted.
