Mangaluru: Most awaited, 115th Tulu movie ‘Gamjaal’ released on Friday, across the Tulunadu.
As of February 19, the Tulu film industry celebrated the golden jubilee in entertaining people. Gamjaal, produced under the banner of RS Cinemas, Shoolin films, Mugrody Productions consists of two different storylines. The film is a complete package of entertainment with a social message.
Gamjaal directed by Suman Suvarna and Naveen Shetty. Renowned actor, director of Tulunadu, Roopesh Shetty has written the story and screenplay for the movie. Joel Rebello and Darrel Mascarenhas are the music composers for the movie. Popular comedians of Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Prasanna Shetty Bailur, Sandeep Shetty, Karishma, and other actors played important roles.
During the times of Lockdown, the movie was shot with a minimal budget.
The movie will be released in Ramakanthi, Big Cinemas, PVR, and the Cinepolis theatre in the city, and in the other theatres like Nataraj in Surathkal, Kalpana in Udupi, Radhika and Planet in Karkala, Bharat Cinemas and Ainax in Manipal, Amarashri in Moodabidre, Santhosh in Sultya, Bharat in Belthangady and Krishna in Kasaragod.
Actor Bojaraaj Vamanjoor, Roopesh Shetty, Prasanna Shetty Bailoor, Arjun Kapikaad, Anoop Sagar, VJ Vineeth, actress Karishma Amin and others were present. Nithin Shetty Yekkar hosted the event.
