Mandya: Nikhil Kumaraswamy, coalition candidate from Mandya constituency has said that he would live in Mandya, irrespective of his victory or defeat in the LS polls, which is over in Karnataka.
Mandya became one of the most interesting constituency to watch out due to Nikhil, son of CM HD Kumaraswamy taking on Congress-JDS leader and Kannada superstar late MH Ambareesh’s wife Sumalatha Ambareesh.
Talking to reporters in Mandya, Nikhil, who first thanked the voters for their support said that he has decided to purchase land in Mandya and live in the same constituency.
He said that his party and leaders have targeted none and that they have better things to do.
“The CM has a lot of other things to do than targeting anyone. The world knows the kinds of battles HD Devegowda and HD Kumaraswamy have fought, specifically for the farmers. I will win the elections and I am confident about this, ” he said adding that no change of government will happen in the state after May 23.
