Madikeri: In a tragic incident, a KSRTC bus and bike collision led to the spot deaths of two friends who were playing on a bike on Saturday, January 11.
The deceased are Harnab (30), resident of Rajasthan and Naveen (29) from West Bengal.
The accident occurred at a Devarakolli turn.
According to reports, three youths were on a tour on two bikes. Two of the friends who were on one bike perished in the accident, while the other friend who was riding separately survived.
Superintendent of Police Suman D Pennekar and Madikeri Rural Police rushed to spot and accessed the situation.
A case has been registered in this regard.
